The investment includes the reconstruction of the existing fairway on the Elbląg River in the scope of bank support, which will ultimately take over the anti-flood functions of earthworks, the construction of low marinas facilitating access to the river and the construction of a swing bridge over the Elbląg River in Nowakowo, along with changes to the road layout.
The CAS Team prepared an Opinion on the analysis of the maximum and minimum unit prices used in the preparation of the offer and the estimated value of project works carried out in the past by the tenderer’s staff, in connection with the Bidder’s participation in the procedure called “Construction of a waterway connecting the Vistula Lagoon with the Bay of Gdańsk – Part II”.
The prepared analysis was the basis for the dismissal of the appeal filed by the Appellant before the National Appeal Chamber and allowed the Bidder to conclude the Agreement.
