POWER PLANT

• The third largest coal thermal power plant in Poland.
• The project consisted of an opinion assessment, which was focused on assessing the increase in the cost of the project for the construction of a high-efficiency lignite-fired energy block.

ENERGY LINE

• A line with voltage of 110 kV belonging to high-voltage network.
• The project consisted of an opinion, which was focused on assessing the projected increase in the cost of labour.

GAS AND STEAM UNIT

• The gas and steam unit is a combination of the gas machine and steam machine systems.
• The project consisted of preparing an analysis of a detailed schedule of the implementation of the gas and steam block in terms of the impact of higher power on the extension of the project’s implementation schedule.

POWER PLANT

• Construction of a semi-dry exhaust gas desulphurization plant installation together with dry ash distribution system for two Benson OP-2-6 boilers.
• The project consisted of developing an opinion on the increase in the cost of the task due to the increase in the cost of obtaining inputs.

GAS AND STEAM UNIT

• A combined cycle gas turbine is a combination of the open gas turbine system with the steam turbine system.
• The project consisted of preliminary analysis of the contractor’s claims with regard to the technical basis for claims, concerning extension of performance deadline and the associated costs.

COAL-FIRED POWER PLANT

• Construction of installation to reduce sulfur oxide emission in power units 4÷6 of a coal-fired power plant.
• The project consisted of analysis of delays associated with the project implementation.

COGENERATION POWER PLANT

• The second largest co generation plant in Europe.
• The project consisted of coordination and preparation of a technical evaluation and analysis of impact of interruptions on the course of the investment.
• The project consisted of preparation of an evaluation of the quality of works and delays concerning delivery and assembly of denitrogenation installation and modernization of flue gas desulfuring installation.

BEŁCHATÓW POWER PLANT BRANCH IN ROGOWIEC

• Modernization and renovation of electro-filters in Bełchatów Power Plant, Branch in Rogowiec.
• The project consisted of preparation of a private evaluation concerning assessment of the scope of tasks commissioned to the Contractor by the Investor to establish whether the agreement concluded was an agreement for construction works or for delivery.

CONSTRUCTOIN OF BYCZYNA 400 kV SWITCHYARD

• Byczyna is a system switchyard (near-plant switchyard). It is used for distribution of electrical energy produced by Jaworzno III power plant. As for the number of outgoing 220 kV transmission lines (15), it is the largest facility of this type in Poland.
• The project consisted of preparation of the Expert’s opinion on delays in implementation of the project.

COMPLEX OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

• Construction of a complex of residential buildings with an underground garage, internal infrastructure, connections and target surroundings.
• Opinion on the cost analysis of claims for damages related to the extension of the investment implementation time.

MUSEUM

• Museum located in Sulejówek.
• Opinion on the assessment of the impact of the circumstances identified by the Contractor during the execution of the Works on the possibility of completing the Investment within the Contractual period.

SPORT AND ENTERTAINMENT HALL

• Sports and entertainment hall in Krakow.
• Preparation of a supplement to the report entitled: “Report claim for reimbursement of costs resulting from disruptions in construction works and analysis of the impact of disruptions on the extension of works”.

OFFICE BUILDING

• An office building in Warsaw.
• Opinion on the assessment of the impact of circumstances and analysis of delays in the performance of the Contractor’s Works and related to the delays of financial claims of the Parties to the Agreement.

HOTEL

• Reconstruction and extension of an existing building with the change of its function to a hotel in Katowice.
• Opinion on the analysis of delays arising during the implementation of the project and determination of the impact of circumstances on the date of completion of the Investment.

MUSEUM

• Construction of a museum in Warsaw with its technical infrastructure.
• Opinion on the Employer’s liability in terms of the correctness of the execution documentation for the steel structure and the verification and correction of this documentation in terms of the impact of these actions by the Employer on the course of the Investment.

CARGO TERMINAL

• Construction of the Cargo 2 terminal building with the necessary technical infrastructure at the airport.
• Opinion on the implementation of the investment in the field of a timely analysis and cost analysis taking into account the costs of extending the implementation of the Agreement and the value of additional costs.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT BUILDING

• Research and development building with parking lots, technical infrastructure and communication services.
• Opinion on the increase in implementation costs due to the increase in costs in the construction market in the period after the submission of the Offer.

SHOPPING CENTRE

• One of the biggest shopping malls in Poland.
• The project consisted of preparing an opinion on the assessment of the merits and value of the Contractor’s claims, regarding the increase in the cost of implementation of the expansion associated with the increase in the price of the factors of production.

SERVICE AND COMMERCIAL BUILDING

• Shopping centre located in Mielec.
• The project consisted of preparing an opinion on the amount of costs of the construction of a commercial and service building, together with internal installations.

SPORTS AND PERFORMANCE HALL

• Sport facility that includes a sports and performance hall, as well as a football stadium.
• The project consisted of preparing an opinion on the state of financial progress of the Investment, including the execution of design works and construction works of a sports facility together with demolition works.

SHOPPING CENTRE

• Currently the biggest multi-business shopping mall on the right side of Warsaw.
• The project consisted of implementing an opinion on the increase in the costs if carrying out the investment task on the reconstruction of the shopping centre.

OLD TOWN MANUFACTURE

• Poznanian residential development within the Old Town district.
• The project consisted of drawing up an opinion on the extended deadline and the increase in the cost of the investment construction associated with it.

SPORTS AND PERFORMANCE HALL

• Construction of the Paralympic Preparation Centre – Reconstruction of the Sports and Performance Hall.
• The project consisted of implementing an opinion on the increase in the cost of the project due to the extraordinary increase in construction prices.

LUBICZ BREWERY

• Lubicz Brewery is a renovated complex of the 19th century, extended by adding new apartment buildings, making up a unique residential-office-service complex.
• The project consisted of preparation of a report on analysis of the impact of events on prolongation of the term of completion of works, as well as claims for refund of the costs due to interruptions in performance of Construction Works, and preparation of an additional opinion in association with the Client’s suit for payment at the Arbitrary Court.

NATIONAL MUSIC FORUM

• The Witold Lutosławski National Music Forum is a modern complex of concert halls in Wrocław. The building in the central part of Wrocław was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates. The building contains four concert halls, including the main hall with 1800 seats, and three smaller halls of 250 to 450 seats each, as well as rehearsal rooms, conference and office space, exhibition space.
• The project consisted of development of evaluation to assess the estimated value of the contract proposed by the Employer.

ZŁOTA 44

• A 52-store (192 m) high-rise building, purchased by a consortium, offering luxury apartment and designed by a world-renowned architect of Polish origin – Daniel Libeskind, one of the highest apartment buildings in the European Union.
• The project consisted of development of evaluation to assess the estimated value of the contract proposed by the Employer.

INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE BUILDING

• The building under concern was located at 28 Towarowa Street in Warsaw and it consisted of building “C” and building “D”, connected by corridor “G”. It belonged to RUCH and was used by the INR. In the period of performance of services, it was subjected to complete demolition.
• The project consisted of supporting the client in the dispute and preparing an opinion on the expenditures for construction works, incurred by the tenant of the real estate property.

ATRIUM FELICITY SHOPPING CENTER

• The shopping center at Witos Avenue consists of 75 thousand square meters of shopping space. It has three levels. The bottom level is the underground parking for 2100 cars (an additional 1000 cars can be parked next to the building). On the 1st level, there are shops, restaurants and pars. Above, there is recreational space with a cinema.
• The project consisted of development of an opinion to assess the current state of progress of the works and evaluate disputable issues with regard to the quality of selected works.

RENEWAL OF EC-1

• Outward extension, upward extension and alteration of parts of the renewed facilities of EC-1 West – the so-called former “New Power Plant” – for the needs of the interactive Museum of Technology of Łódź and Poland, with the associated services.
• The project consisted of development of an assessment, aimed at analysis of the claims presented by the General Contractor for the Investment in a lawsuit and performance of a time impact analysis for the purpose of assessment of analysis of the course of completion of the investment project in order to verify the statements and claims made by the contractor.

THE NATIONAL STADIUM IN WARSAW

• The investment was completed for EURO 2012 on a land plot of 18 hectares. The soccer stadium was built for around 55 000 sports fans. The development area of around 200 000 m2 contains restaurants, a sports fan’s club, conference rooms and an underground car park.
• The project consisted of preparation of a claim for extension of the term for completion of the agreement and the associated rise in remuneration, and a claim for decrease in productivity.

EXHIBITION AND SPORTS HALL

• A five level building constructed in Kraków within the boundaries of the district of Czyżyny. It is used as an exhibition and sports hall. Construction of Tauron Arena Kraków started in 2011. The total area of this building is almost 97 thousand m2, and the capacity is 15 328 seats.
• The project consisted of preparation of a report for a claim concerning refund of costs associated with extension of the period of completion of construction works, decrease in productivity in completion of construction works and acceleration of construction works and development of a claim report for refund of costs due to interruptions in performance of construction works and preparation of analysis of the impact of these interruptions on the course of works.

CITY STADIUM IN WROCŁAW

• The city stadium in Wrocław is a soccer stadium, owned by the city of Wrocław. It is located in Fabryczna district, within the administrative boundaries of Pilczyce settlement, between Lotnicza and Królewiecka Streets and Śląska Avenue. The main user of the arena is Śląsk Wrocław soccer club. The stadium capacity is 45 105.
• The project consisted of development of an expert’s opinion on the claim of the General Contractor for the contract.

FACULTY OF CHEMISTRY OF GDAŃSK UNIVERSITY

• The Faculty of Chemistry of Gdańsk University consist of five segments and a complex of auditoriums, a connecting corridor and a storage/ technical part.
• The project consisted of preparation and determination of the value of the claim for refund of costs, borne due to interruptions during implementation of the investment project.

HOTEL COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT WARSAW AIRPORT

• The Hotel is located next to Chopin Airport in Warsaw, it offers 236 comfortable rooms, 15 air-conditioned conference rooms, a bar and a restaurant, as well as a gym.
• The project consisted of development of technical reports for the Contractor.

EXPRESSWAY S7

• Design and construction of the S7 expressway Warsaw – Kraków, border section of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship – Kraków.
• Opinion on the analysis of the impact of the circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic on the terms of contract performance.

ŁAGIEWNICKA ROUTE

• The route has been under construction since 2018 and is part of the third bypass of Krakow.
• Opinion on the response to the theses put forward by the Employer and the Contractor regarding the claim for overhead (indirect) costs incurred by the Contractor in connection with the extension of time for the execution of works in connection with the contract performance.

NATIONAL ROAD NO.22

• Expansion of the National Road no. 22.
• Opinion on the analysis of the causes of delays, on the possibility of the Contractor to prepare a Schedule and meet the deadlines for Milestones and Time for Completion.

WATERWAY

• A waterway connecting the Vistula Lagoon with the Bay of Gdańsk.
• Opinion on the analysis of the maximum and minimum unit prices of the Contractor, used in the preparation of the offer, in connection with the Contractor’s participation in the procedure.

NATIONAL ROAD NO.8

• Extension of the National Road no. 8 to the parameters of the S8 expressway.
• Opinion on the increase in the cost of implementation due to the decrease in the Contractor’s productivity as a result of the change in the organization of works and the extension of the project implementation period.

VOIVODESHIP ROAD NO. 282

• Construction of a new route of the voivodeship road no. 282 together with the construction of a bridge over the Odra River.
• Opinion on the increase in costs (rebus sic stantibus) of the task implementation in the “design and build” system.

KOCMYRZOWSKA STREET

• Kocmyrzowska Street located in Krakow.
• Opinion on the Expert’s assessment whether the performance of construction works resulting from the Investor’s comments, road administrator and arrangements with GDDKiA is the scope not covered by the subject of the public procurement, as described in the Terms of Reference for the Project.

STREET EXPANSION

• Expansion of streets in Warsaw district of Targówek.
• Opinion on the assessment of the impact of circumstances resulting in the extension of the implementation of the investment for the expansion of Łodygowa Street and the construction of a sanitary and pressure sewage system in the road lane at Łodygowa Street.

TUNNEL IN ŚWINOUJŚCIE

• Construction of the tunnel under Świna.
• Opinion on the calculation of the profit that can be achieved by the Contractor in connection with the implementation of the Investment.

EXPRESSWAY S5

• Design and construction of the S5 Poznań – Wrocław expressway on the section Korzeńsko (without the junction) – Widawa Wrocław junction.
• Opinion concerning the analysis of the impact of the circumstances identified by the Contractor on the timely implementation of the Investment Task.

TRAMWAY

• Construction of a tram route in Hubska Street on the section from Gliniana Street to Dyrekcyjna Street in Wroclaw.
• The project consisted of preparing an opinion on the impact of the circumstances on the timing of implementation and costs created during implementing the project.

RAILWAY LINE NO. 1

• Improving the quality of transport services by improving the technical condition of railway line no. 1 on the section Koluszki – Częstochowa.
• The project consisted of drawing up a response to the Defendant’s claims presented in the pleading for the ongoing dispute concerning the project.

NATIONAL ROAD NO. 8

• Continuation of designing and expanding the national road no. 8 to the parameters of an expressway on the section Przeszkoda – Paszków.
• The project consisted of preparing an opinion on the evaluation of the Contractor’s financial Claim created in connection with the extension of the Contract implementation in the field of the execution of road works.

EXPRESSWAY S-6

• Design and construction of the S-6 expressway in the section Nowogard – Płoty (end of the beltline Nowogard – end of the beltline Płoty).
• The project consisted of an opinion on the increase in the cost of the project due to the extraordinary and unpredictable increase in prices and costs of obtaining inputs.

EXPRESSWAY S-61

• Design and construction of the S-61 expressway Augustów Beltline – state border, end section of the Suwałki beltline – Budzisko with Szypliszek beltline.
• The project consisted of implementing an opinion on the increase in the cost of the project due to an extraordinary and unpredictable increase in the prices and costs of building materials, labour costs, equipment costs and subcontracting services.

EXPRESSWAY S-7

• Construction of S-7 road Gdansk (A-1) – Elbląg (S-22), section Koszwały – Elbląg (with the hub). Task 2: Nowy Dwór Gdański – Kazimierzowo
• The project consisted of preparing an opinion on the increase in the costs due to changes in the law related to the minimum hourly rate.

BELTLINE WITHIN THE ROAD S-61

• Design and construction of Suwałki beltline within the S-61 expressway.
• The project consisted of drawing up an opinion o the increase in the cost of implementation related to the changes in the law related to the minimum hourly rate.

EXPRESSWAY S17

• Design and construction of the S17 Garwolin – Kurów expressway on the section Garwolin (end of the beltline) – border of the Masovian and Lublin Voivodeships.
• The project consisted of preparing an opinion on the increase in the implementation costs due to changes in the law related to the minimum hourly rate.

RAILROAD LINE 1 SECTION KOLUSZKI – CZĘSTOCHOWA

• Improvement of quality of transport services through improvement of technical condition of the railroad line.
• The project consisted of preparation of a private evaluation of the impact of events on prolongation of completion of the works and rationality of the time and cost claims. The calculation methods were verified, as well as rationality of individual cost estimate items and prices in relation to average market values, as well as the starting and ending dates of events and the effective time.

KRAKÓW – MEDYKA – STATE BORDRE RAILROAD LINE

• The railroad investment “Design and performance of construction works on the Kraków-Medyka-state border railroad line, section Dębica – Sędziszów Małopolski within the framework of the project of modernization of E30/CE30 railroad line, section Kraków-Rzeszów”.
• The project consisted of preparation of a private evaluation on assessment of the scope of works necessary for ground reinforcement with regard to contractual documentation.

RAILROAD LINE 201

• Modernization and renewal of Kościerzyna – Gdynia railroad section was associated with the project of Pomorska Kolej Metropolitalna – renewal of Kokoszkowska Line. As the investor, PKP had two objectives: to increase the train speed to 120 km/h and to shorten the travel time to about 20-30 minutes.
• The project consisted of development of an opinion with verification of the contractor’s claims, associated with extension of the project deadline, as well as financial claims.

SZELIGI RAILWAY STATION

• Modernization of Szeligi railway station with 4 engineering facilities, modernization of 4 engineering facilities along the Korytków – Szeligi railroad line within the framework of the project of modernization for the Central Trunk Line no. 4.
• The project consisted of development of a report to analyze the impact of events on prolongation of the time for completion of the works and analysis of the claim for refund due to performance of additional works, as well as interruptions in the course of the works.

MODERNIZATION OF RAILROAD LINES FOR CONTRACTS: SKIERNIEWICE, BOCHNIA-BIADOLINY, KRZESZOWICE, MALBORK, ŻMIGRÓD

• Modernization of railroad lines for contracts: Skierniewice, Bochnia – Biadoliny, Krzeszowice, Malbork, Żmigród.
• The project consisted of verification of bills of quantities and verification of budgets for works falling within the scope of the Contracts.

CENTRAL SECTION OF SECOND SUBWAY LINE IN WARSAW

• The investment was completed according to Design & Build model. The length of the second subway line section is about 6 km and includes 7 stations, 6 fan rooms and tunnels made by TBM.
• The project consisted of development of technical reports for the contractor for construction works.

EXPRESSWAY S8 WIŚNIEWO-MĘŻENIN

• Reconstruction of national road 8 Wrocław – Warszawa – Białystok to adapt it to parameters of expressway S8, in the section from the ring road of Wiśniew to the ring road of Mężenin and construction of S8 road along the new route in the section of the ring road of Mężenin.
• The project encompassed consulting services and preparation of materials serving as a basis for negotiation of claims with the Employer.

EXPRESSWAY S8 MĘŻENIN – JEŻEWO

• Reconstruction of national road 8 Wrocław – Warszawa – Białystok to adapt it to parameters of expressway S8, in the section from the ring road of Mężenin to Jeżewo.
• The project encompassed consulting services and preparation of materials serving as a basis for negotiation of claims with the Employer.

EXPRESSWAY S19 STOBIERNA – RZESZOW

• A part of expressway S19, located in podkarpackie province at the connection with highway A4 at the junction Rzeszów Zachodni – Rzeszów Wschodni and with national road DK19 at the section Rzeszów Wschodni – Boundary of Rzeszów, serving as the ring road of Rzeszów.
• The project consisted of preparing of an opinion concerning distribution of risk between the consortium members.

TERMINAL 2 OF OKĘCIE AIRPORT IN WARSAW

• A new airport terminal in Warsaw of capacity of 6.6 million passengers annually. The investment included both the airport airside area along with the entire associated infrastructure.
• The project consisted of development of a report on market prices of services rendered in association with design and construction of Passenger Terminal 2 and the associated infrastructure.

WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN KIELCE

• Development and modernization of the water waste treatment plant in Kielce.
• The project consisted of preparation of a claim for extension of the deadline for completion of the agreement and the associated increase in the remuneration along with a calculation of operating costs, unjustly borne by the contractor.

OIL AND GAS PROJECTS

• Supervision of projects in the oil & gas commissioning portfolio.
• The project included contract consulting services, prevention of disputes, monitoring of activity of the contractor, in the name of the financial creditors, due diligence with regard to acquisition of contracts and risk analysis for contracts currently implemented in Poland.

PAPER MILL IN ŚWIECIE

• Development of the plant „Mondi Packaging Paper Świecie” in Świecie by adding a new paper production machine with the associated infrastructure.
• The project consisted of preparation of a claim for rising of remuneration due to completion of the project in the agreed time despite many interruptions that could not be attributed to the contractor.

• Execution of construction works on a B + class office building with finishing, along with the network and road infrastructure, topography and obtaining an occupancy permit. Determining the circumstances and reasons for the delay in the implementation of the milestones and the subject of the Agreement.
• Renovation works to restore the proper condition of the railway siding. Opinion of the Court Expert on the circumstance of establishing the value of the works.
• Reconstruction of the heating and gas networks, connections to the heating network and gas installation at the Pediatric Hospital of the Medical University of Warsaw. Expert opinion on the value of the work performed by the Claimant.
• Modernization of the regional railway line No. 311. Opinion of the Court Expert in the case regarding the payment.
• Construction of the Polish Pavilion at EXPO 2015 in Milan, Italy. Securing of the evidence by conducting a site inspection and stock-taking of the current condition of the building.
• Performance of the agreement for upward extension of the building at 44 Strzelecka Street in Warsaw. Verification of correct performance of construction works in construction of upward extension along with determination of the value of works performed incorrectly, the costs of removal of potential defects and their causes, progress of the scope of works expressed as a percentage, value of the works performed and value of construction materials located at the site (incorporated and unused) according to price indexes established by the parties in the contract.
• Construction of a gas transmission system, sale and distribution of liquefied gas – propane and lease of above-ground tanks at Millenium LogisticPark Pruszków II. Determination, on the basis of evidence provided, of the scope of works performed and valuation and value of works not performed.
• Performance of the contract for construction and finishing works, electrical, telecommunication (low current) and water and sewage installations, performance of the function of the works manager and preparation of as-built documentation at the Royal Collection store in Poznań. Issue of opinion on whether the works performed contained defects, including determination of the scope, characteristics and causes of such defects and percentage value and amount of the remuneration, by which the amount claimed for the works performed can be decreased.
• Construction of sanitary sewage and pumping station in Warsaw, District of Rembertów. Verification of cost calculation.
• Construction of the Ring Road of Zambrów and Wiśniew Dk and DK63. Determination with regard to extraordinary rise in price of asphalt in years 2009-2012, exceeding the contract risk level.
