We are pleased to, once again, present you the CAS Report on construction disputes in Poland. Our research, that we have been conducting for the past three years, has allowed us to identify trends that can be used to compare and visualize changes in litigation in construction. In addition to periodic monitoring of the main parameters of disputes, in this edition of the report, we additionally focused on determining the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on the implementation of construction projects in Poland, as well as information on the prospects and challenges the industry might have to face in 2021.
We would like to thank our respondents for participating in the survey, without whom this report could not have been created, as well as Professionals who decided to share their opinion and observations on the results presented by us: Artur Chrzanowski Eiffage Polska, Tomasz Darowski Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP), Prof. dr hab. Przemysław Drapała JDP, Łukasz Gorek Mostostal Warszawa S.A., Artur Jastrzębski Trakcja S.A., Dr. Rafal Morek DWF, Mariusz Rymarz Mota-Engil Central Europe S.A., Rafał Waszkiewicz Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, Marta Wojciechowska PORR Polska S.A.
