CAS Experts’ Opinion as a basis for dismissing the appeal before the National Appeals Chamber!
CAS Experts – Magdalena Chechelska, Jan Gandziarowski, Daniel Kajrukszto i Maciej Kajrukszto, commissioned by Budimex, performed an analysis of: the maximum and minimum unit prices used in the preparation of the offer and the estimated value of works carried out in the past by the tenderer’s staff, in connection with Budimex’s participation in the procedure “Construction of a waterway connecting the Vistula Bay with the Gulf of Gdańsk – Part II”.
The prepared analysis was the basis for dismissing the appeal submitted to the National Appeals Chamber.
We wish Budimex the efficient and safe implementation of this ambitious project!
