On November 13th, 2019, our Experts Maciej Kajrukszto and Jan Gandziarowski participated in the IX Railway Congress, which was held in Warsaw.
The Congress concerned the integration of the European rail network, as well as the future of Polish rail infrastructure. The participants discussed the investment plans for the future, the implementation of the provisions of the IV Railway package in the next EU budgetary perspective (for the period 2021-2027) and the conditions for its implementation.
Compared to previous Congress editions, improvements in moods of the parties responsible for the railway projects can be noticed. For our part, we hope that optimism will last at least until the end of the current agreements.
The objective of CAS is to prevent disputes during various stages of project implementation and to resolve disputes through the specification of claims and defense against those claims.
