🔔 The 12th edition of the SIDiR (Association of Consulting Engineers and Experts) Conference titled “Deadline Management in Contracts,” organized under the honorary patronage of the Public Procurement Office and the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers, has concluded. The event brought together experts from the engineering and legal sectors.
Our expert, Kalina Wośkało, had the honor of participating in a discussion panel on the topic “Milestones and Contract Penalties for Their Non-Completion.” Together with attorney Jarosław Jerzykowski, attorney Magdalena Kowalczyk, and Jarosław Wielopolski, Kalina discussed the challenges related to the justification for implementing key deadlines (milestones) in contract execution, as well as the application of penalties for failing to meet them ⏳.
