đź“Ł XV Conference of the Association of Construction Cost Estimators (SKB) titled “Estimating and Costing Construction Works in Public Procurement – Law vs Practice.”
đź‘Ź On the first day of the event, our Expert Jan Gandziarowski had the pleasure of sharing his experience on cost documents in public procurement and the legal regulations regarding their preparation.
🔎 Today, other key topics will be discussed, such as:
â–Ş The cost estimate of investments vs. the planned costs of construction works;
▪ Investor’s cost estimate and the bill of quantities in public procurement – law vs practice;
â–Ş Cost estimates in the rulings of the National Appeals Chamber;
â–Ş Contractual provisions on changing the remuneration for construction works;
â–Ş The purpose and method of indicating standards in the description of the subject of the contract.
