💡 We are pleased to announce that the CAS Sp. team z o. o. prepared an independent expert opinion for the consortium of contractors Polimex Mostostal S.A., Polimex Energetyka sp. z o.o. and SBB Energy S.A., which was the basis for concluding an annex and settlement to the Agreement with the Ordering Party for the “Construction of a power unit based on coal fuel in PuÅ‚awy”.
📌 The CAS opinion regarding the extension of the Project implementation deadline made it possible to extend the Contract implementation period by 223 days, i.e. until June 3, 2023.
However, the cost part of the Opinion also contributed to an increase in the Contract Price and, therefore, an increase in the Consortium’s remuneration by PLN 35 million net.
💪 We are proud that our expert knowledge and many years of experience are reflected in the changes introduced to the Contractor’s Agreement and that we can implement such significant and interesting projects.
