📌 It is with great pleasure that we present to you the latest edition of the “CAS Report on construction disputes in Poland 2023 – perspective for 2024”. The research we have been conducting for the sixth year allowed for further analysis of trends, which allows us to compare and highlight changes in the conduct of disputes in the construction industry.

💡In addition to periodic monitoring of the main parameters of disputes, we also focused our attention on determining the impact of the outbreak of the war in Ukraine on the implementation of construction projects in Poland. Additionally, based on the survey, we discussed the general perception of the condition of the construction market as well as the challenges awaiting the industry in 2024.
