📌 We are pleased to present the latest edition of the CAS Construction Cost Report. This report contains the results of an analysis of the costs of large construction projects in the cubic, road, railway, and energy sectors, carried out in Poland from 2016 to 2024.

💡 This is already the fifth annual CAS report, with quarterly updates to cost indicators published as supplements. Over the years, the Construction Cost Report has become one of the most important sources of market data on construction costs in Poland. The report is presented as confirmation of market situation changes, and the published indicators are used by Contractors for calculating claims for changes in compensation, or by Employers for verification. This year, we have decided to expand our report with the presentation of survey results on construction costs and the availability of cost data in the market.
