It is with great pleasure that we once again present to you the CAS Report on construction costs. This report is the result of an analysis of the costs of implementing large construction projects in Poland in 2016-2022, with particular emphasis on the impact of the outbreak of war in Ukraine and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The report is available for download on the website in the Publications tab.
The analyzes were performed using data obtained by us as part of the implementation of construction projects in which we participated as experts of the parties or as court experts in construction disputes.
🔥 At the same time, we would like to invite everyone interested to a webinar, during which our Experts Maciej Kajrukszto and Jan Gandziarowski will present the results published in the Report and present the main observations regarding changes in costs in construction in 2016-2022, as well as methods of pursuing claims related to the increase in costs taking place in period from Q4 2020 to the present.
