We cordially invite you to the conference “Construction Without Conflicts: New Directions for Preventing Disputes in Construction,” which will take place on June 12th. The event is co-organized by DWF (Poland), the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, the Polish Association of Construction Employers, the Polish Spanish Chamber of Commerce, and the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

🏗️ Our expert, Maciej Kajrukszto, will have the pleasure of participating in a discussion on how public contracts can prevent issues with extraordinary cost increases and what the market has learned in the past 3 years.

Other thematic panels will address key issues in the construction industry: 📑 Can open book payment models and early contractor involvement (ECI) be effective for all construction projects?
