On November 22, 2024, our experts Maciej Kajrukszto and Kalina Wośkało had the pleasure of participating in a conference organized by the Mediation Center at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and the Polish section of the European Association of Judges for Mediation (GEMME).
🎯 This event was an excellent opportunity to deepen knowledge about various stages of dispute resolution – from pre-court proceedings, through court proceedings, to actions after the judgment is issued.
Key topics addressed during the conference included:
🔹 How to resolve a dispute without going to court – an analysis of selected dispute resolution methods at the pre-court stage.
🔹 How to effectively bring a case to a close, discussing tools and strategies for efficiently concluding court disputes.
🔹 The possibility of amicably resolving a dispute at the appellate and enforcement stages.
