Once again, we are pleased to invite you to complete the CAS survey regarding construction disputes in Poland.
As part of the survey, we would like to ask you questions such as:
✅ How do you assess the change in the average value of a dispute in the construction industry in 2023 compared to the previous year (2022)?
✅ Which sector of the construction industry has the highest number of disputes regarding ongoing projects?
✅ Which of the Parties is burdened with excessive risk related to the implementation of the construction contract?

We believe that the results obtained during this study will be a solid basis for creating a Report presenting the situation in the construction industry and containing important conclusions of our Experts.
Once the study is complete, we will be happy to share the next edition of the CAS Report with you. 😃
Note: The survey is anonymous and works on all available web browsers except Internet Explorer.
