Yesterday, our Cost Specialist, Daria Seliga, had the pleasure of participating in the exceptional event “Women in Infrastructure”!

This extraordinary meeting gathered representatives from the private and public sectors as well as the academic world 🌍, who shared their achievements, inspirations, and challenges. The main goal of this event was to exchange experiences, build a strong community of women in the infrastructure industry, and jointly search for innovative solutions 🚀.

During the event, a number of key topics were addressed to support women in an industry still dominated by men:
💡 How to effectively manage in the infrastructure sector?
💡 Building authority among employees
💡 Balancing a male-dominated profession with passion and life goals
💡 The role of the feminine element in the team and the art of communication
💡 Promoting the engineering profession and encouraging young women to pursue careers in construction

Through the exchange of experiences, inspiring presentations, and candid conversations, participants gained new perspectives and concrete guidance for further professional development. 🌟
