We are pleased to present you once again the CAS Report on the issues of construction disputes in Poland.
The research we have been conducting for the fifth year has allowed us to identify trends by means of which we can compare and highlight changes in disputes in the construction industry. In addition to cyclical monitoring of the main parameters of disputes, we focused our attention both on the summary of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and on the current impact war in Ukraine for the implementation of construction projects in Poland.
The report is available for download in the Publications tab.
🔥 At the same time, we would like to invite everyone interested to a webinar, during which our Experts Maciej Kajrukszto and Jan Gandziarowski will present the results published in the Report.
🗓Date: March 10, 2 p.m. 10:00-11:30

Participation in the meeting is free of charge and possible after confirming the receipt of the application.
We cordially encourage you to read the book and take part in the webinar! 😊
